Isn’t it amazing?! Whenever I hear people say, “like a kid in a candy store” I now picture Dylan’s. Have you been there recently? They’ve expanded it - it’s better than ever!

Thanks, Leeann. As I expected, EA sent a weak “response” that was something like this, “Oh, that? We send those automated messages to everyone. You’ll be receiving the drum pedal shortly.” But they already sent one! That wasn’t the problem! I simply wanted them to acknowledge receipt of the broken pedal. Ugh. EA is one of the worst run companies I’ve ever encountered. Very disappointing.
