Yep, well, you know…
When you have a give-away, it’s always necessary to have some rules and guidelines.
So, here they are:
If I ever have a contest, give-away or any other related (loosely or not so loosely) event, I will draw a winner at random by tallying the number of entries (which may include comments, e-mail messages and more), then using the random integer generator at psychicscience.org/random.aspx to select a winner from all valid entries. If you are the lucky winner, I’ll announce your name either on my podcast or on this blog, then (after I receive your valid email address and snail mail address) send the item to you by snail mail (U.S. residents only, sorry).
You can only enter once per contest (to be fair). If you enter more than once, you will be disqualified. The contest’s ending date is decided by me, Soapbox Mom, and this date will be posted on one of my blogs as soon as is reasonable. Void where prohibited, wherever that might be.
I’ll do my best to mail your items to you as soon as I can, but remember, this is just a humble little blog here. I almost never go to the post office, so..please keep that in mind. Also, I’m not responsible if the item gets lost in the mail and I’m not responsible if you send me the wrong address, or if the item(s) is/are delivered to the wrong house. Basically, if anything goes wrong it’s not my fault and please don’t even try to make a fuss about it, ‘kay
That’s about it. It’s all about reasonableness…
I’ll do my reasonable best and I just ask that you’re reasonably patient and understanding in return.
